NEW YORK (AP) — A construction worker at One World Trade Center was injured when he fell 14 feet from the fourth floor. Port Authority spokesman Steve Coleman says 28-year-old Jose Jerez , of the Bronx, was working on a concrete wall early Monday afternoon when he fell onto some plywood one floor below him.
